Labor World updates website

Thanks for your patience as we get our redesigned site up and running! The Labor World has had a website for many years, but it simply served as a hosting site for PDFs of the newspaper. After a redesign earlier this month, the website has been updated to better serve readers and the wider Labor community in the region.
The site will continue to be updated and regular visitors will notice ongoing changes in the coming months as the site responds to reader interests and preferences (and proficiency from the editor).
If you have visited in the past and don’t see an updated site now, you may need to clear your cache.
The Labor World newspaper also has a presence on social media with a regularly updated Twitter feed (@laborworldorg) and new Facebook page at Follow both of these accounts for the latest in local Labor news and big stories from around the nation and world.
In the meantime, the Labor World newspaper will still be printed, just as it has been for more than 125 years.
We’re excited about these changes and are looking forward to covering Labor’s interests in the Northland even more effectively. If you have any suggestions features you’d like to see online, please contact editor Catherine Conlan at 728-4469 or
